Culture
The Church of All Saints in Dobročkovice was originally built in the Gothic style in 1348. The church also contains an altarpiece by the Brno academic painter Josef Zelený.
“Zahrada za obecním hostincem” is a precisely delimited archaeological area in category UAN I. Bronze and gold objects dating from approximately 1800–1500 BC were found in Dobročkovice; today, they are held in the collections of the Moravian Museum in Brno. A Roman coin also provides evidence of traces of Celtic settlement and the Roman-Germanic period.
During work near the new vicarage in 1927–1928, numerous fragments of urns and roof tiles bearing the coats of arms of former lords of Dobročkovice were found. Local traditions are also reflected in the Easter customs of hrkání and mrskút, which are maintained in Dobročkovice.
Hody is considered the most important folklore event and the main dancing occasion in Dobročkovice. The Slovak folk dance verbuňk is also performed here.
