Culture and History
The Easter tradition of Klepánà and Řehtánà in KozojÃdky has a fixed meeting point: it is always located at the Chapel of St. Martin. During KlepánÃ, participants replace the church bells with wooden rattles.
The traditional FaÅ¡aňk festival is celebrated regularly in KozojÃdky. Another testimony to the region’s everyday history is the restored tobacco drying house. It illustrates the lifestyle and folk architecture of Moravian Slovakia in the first half of the 20th century; it is not a cultural monument.
Local Life
Throughout the history of the local horticultural organization, wine exhibitions were held annually in KozojÃdky—with the exception of two years. A traditional fruit and vegetable exhibition took place on October 6 and 7, 2024, in the hall of the KozojÃdky Municipal Office.
