Prušánky has four named wine-growing areas: Nechory, Úlehle, Podkovné and Čtvrtky. The Nechory wine cellar settlement comprises 408 wine cellars. K Nechorám do sklepa is a summer event in Nechory featuring a tasting of local wines. K Nechorám za mladým vínem is an autumn gathering in Nechory, a wine cellar village near Prušánky.

The Parish Church of St Isidore in Prušánky is a late Baroque building constructed between 1751 and 1758. The dome of the parish church in Prušánky preserves well-preserved contemporary frescoes dating from its construction in 1758.

Some cellars in Nechory are still richly decorated on their doors and windows with Slovakian ornaments. The cellars in Upper and Lower Nechory began to develop around the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Zarážání hory traditionally takes place in Prušánky at sunset on the first Saturday in September. As part of the custom, a decorated wooden trunk is erected, with red and white wine and red and white grapes attached to its top. After the custom, some participants and their guests go to the wine cellars, drink wine and sing folk songs.

The traditional four-day Hody celebrations in Prušánky take place in August beneath a canopy of green leafy branches. They regularly begin with a Saturday event featuring cimbalom music, at which the local Slovácký krúžek performs with a men's and a women's choir. The Sunday programme includes a procession in traditional costumes accompanied by brass music to the mayor, to request permission to hold the celebration.

Nechory can be reached from Prušánky on foot, by bicycle via a wine cycling trail or by car. Prušánky is connected to the surrounding municipalities by regular bus services. The nearest railway station is in the neighbouring municipality of Moravská Nová Ves, 4 km from Prušánky.

Pochod slováckými vinohrady originated in the 1970s as a long-distance hiking tradition; the first edition took place in 1977. Since the 36th edition, the routes have run through the Podluží region and finish in the Nechory wine cellar area near Prušánky.
