Culture and history
The Church of St Bartholomew stands in the village square of Bílence. It was built in the second half of the 15th century as a chapel of the Hrobčický family of Hrobčice; in 1734, Count Filip of Kolovrat had the church completely rebuilt.
The château building in Bílence, which has survived to this day, is a small Baroque château with Neoclassical elements; the Auersperg family built it in the right-hand part of the farmyard in the last quarter of the 18th century.
