The 15.5 km-long yellow Magistrála Klínovec (K5) route is part of the Krušnohorská běžecká magistrála. The route features easy terrain and an elevation difference of 258 meters and is suitable for both skating and classic cross-country skiing. The Klínovec Ski School uses two private drag lifts and gentle slopes with a safe run-out for lessons. The public Klínovec Ski School offers basic skiing and snowboarding courses for absolute beginners and slightly advanced beginners. At JPK Klínovec/Neklid/Boží Dar, children are taught from the age of three.

Walking and cycling routes

The 6 km-long blue Nordic walking loop route “Near the Border” leads along meadow and forest paths to the state border. A total of seven marked Nordic walking routes of varying lengths and difficulty run through the area around the municipality of Loučná pod Klínovcem. There are two designated hiking trails around Klínovec. In and around Loučná pod Klínovcem, there are several marked cycling routes of varying lengths and difficulty on paved and unpaved roads, which are particularly suitable for mountain bikes. The black cycling route leads directly into the center of Loučná pod Klínovcem. A route in the Klínovec ski area leads via Háj to Meluzína and offers views of Oberwiesenthal and Loučná pod Klínovcem.
