Malé Březno Nad Labem is located approximately halfway between Ústí nad Labem and Děčín, on the right bank of the Elbe. The valley of the Luční potok descends from the southeast into the municipality of Malé Březno.
Culture and History
The chapel on the main road in Malé Březno is a state-protected cultural monument. In 1365, Jindřich of Kamýk was the owner of the medieval fortlet of Leština.
Střekov Castle is a castle in the vicinity of Malé Březno. Also nearby is the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary. In the wider region are the Theresienstadt concentration camp and ghetto, a historical site, as well as Kysperk Castle, a ruin.
