Radobýl can be reached via a marked hiking trail from the road between Litoměřice and Michalovice. Michalovice is also home to station 12 of the “Naučné putování skřítka Portáše” educational trail.

There, the mountain is protected as a natural monument within the České středohoří Protected Landscape Area and is designated as a geotourism attraction as well as a geotope.
