The former Počerady–Havraň–Vrskmaň local railway is also one of the area's historical references. The approximately 18-kilometer-long local railway began operations on March 1, 1887. Polerady u Mostu was a stopping point on this former local railway at kilometer 4.0.
Nature and Leisure
An information series about the restored Studánka spring and the viaduct in Polerady begins at a sign in front of the entrance gate by the former sand pit. Because of its water properties, the restored Studánka spring was formerly used by local households for washing large quantities of laundry. Polerady's sports facilities also include a natural swimming pool.
Cycling
The Mostecký okruh cycling route passes through Polerady between Volevčice and Nemilkov. It is 35 kilometers long and has little elevation gain; according to the route description, it is suitable for cross bikes, trekking bikes, and mountain bikes.
