Kvasice Castle stands in the middle of a park in the heart of Kvasice. Its transformation from a castle fortress into a chateau began in the last quarter of the 16th century. Kvasice Castle was a Renaissance chateau with multi-storey arcaded galleries and a tower above the new passageway. The chateau can normally be viewed from the castle park, while the park is accessible all year round.

The Roman Catholic Parish Church is a late Baroque church. It is dedicated to the Assumption of Mary and Saint John of Nepomuk. The main altar features a painting by Václav Vavřinec Reiner; Ignác Viktorin Raab also contributed to its pictorial decoration.

The Kvasice Museum is housed in two rooms on the ground floor of the Kvasice Municipal Office. The Kvasice Museum also displays the traditional costumes of a Haná family. The museum also presents exhibitions on the activities of local associations, the history of amateur and puppet theatre, and local churches and chapels.
