In 2007, a multicultural prehistoric settlement site was excavated in Pravčice. It was inhabited from the Early Bronze Age (Věteřov Group) through the Late Roman period. The years 1999, 2007, and 2013 place the carillon, excavation, and museum opening in chronological order. The Věteřov Group and the Late Roman period mark the historical span of the settlement site. The village thus contains architectural, archaeological, and historical evidence from several different periods side by side.

The 55-kilometer cycling route No. 5033 leads from Kroměříž via Hulín, Pravčice, Količín, Holešov, Dobrotice, Jankovice, Chomýž, Brusné, Slavkov pod Hostýnem, Bystřice pod Hostýnem, Mrlínek, Libosváry, Všechovice, Kelč, and Němetice to Hustopeče nad Bečvou. Pravčice is also part of the routes of the Forman Hipostezky.

Nature

The Rusava River flows through Pravčice. Broďák, also called Hliník, is the only pond in Pravčice. Hájek, a remnant of the floodplain forest, adjoins Hliník Pond.
