At Thermal Park Vrbov, visitors can use thermal pools with geothermal water all year round. The complex has nine pools, including three children's pools. Culture

The Roman Catholic Church of Saint Servác is a Romanesque church from the second half of the 13th century. It is the oldest and most significant building in Vrbov's heritage area and has richly decorated Baroque interiors. The Church of Saint Servác also has a unique patronage in Slovakia.

The brick bell tower of Vrbov is a late Gothic building with a square floor plan dating from the 16th century. South of the bell tower stands the Immaculata of Vrbov, a Marian column with a statue of the Virgin Mary. The Evangelical Church of Vrbov is a Baroque-Classical building erected in 1784 as a church of tolerance without a tower.

Linen production has a long tradition in Vrbov. Together with the sacred buildings, it creates a cultural focus that is clearly distinct from the thermal park and the paths outside the village.

Paths through the Landscape

The walk around Vrbov begins behind Vrbov at a car park. It follows a comfortable paved path along the ponds for about 20 minutes before branching onto a dirt track. The walk around Vrbov leads to a viewpoint overlooking the peaks of the High Tatras. Walking time, path surfaces and the viewpoint each provide distinct reference points for planning the day.

Cycle Paths

Cycle route 5890 “Zlatná–Kežmarok–Vrbov” is 11 km long and has an elevation difference of 120 m. It runs on asphalt, gravel and dirt tracks. The different surfaces create a clear transition between paved and unpaved sections of the route.

On the Slovak side, sections of the Cesta na Spiši from Kežmarok to Huncovce, Vrbov and Strážky have been completed. The 4.6 km section of the Huncovce–Kežmarok–Vrbov route follows a wide paved path all the way to the centre of Vrbov.
