The Church of Saint Michael the Archangel in Vaďovce was built between 1424 and 1427 as a chapel. In 1770, a tower was added to the church. After a fire in 1779, restoration work was carried out. The church was originally Late Gothic; later alterations completely transformed it into a Baroque building. The tower has a shingle roof. The Baroque Church of Saint Michael the Archangel is a protected cultural monument. Its present form therefore combines the construction phases from the Late Gothic chapel through the subsequently added tower to the Baroque transformation. The dates place the individual changes in chronological context, while the shingle roof remains a distinctive feature of the tower.

Vaďovce is also known as Wath. Another place offering cultural and historical insights is the Vaďovce Municipal Museum. It is located in the former Roman Catholic parish house, a building constructed in the 17th century. Vaďovce lies in the valley of the Trstie stream, also called Topolecký potok. The municipality is located in the lowlands along the stream and on the lower slopes between the White Carpathians and the northern foothills of the Little Carpathians.
