In the middle of the village green of Stolín, on the eastern side of the through road, stands the Chapel of the Most Holy Trinity.

Culture and history

Next to House No. 70 and the fire station stands a monument in Stolín commemorating those who fell in the First World War, dating from 1936. It was created by the sculptor and stonemason Josef Řezníček from Mezilečí. There is also a stone cross on the village green, and a statue of Saint John of Nepomuk stands at a water reservoir. The “Lípa Svobody” was planted in 1919.

The wider regional area around Stolín also contains three named landscape features: Ścinawka Górna - Renesansowy dwór as a castle, Opactwo Cysterskie w Krzeszowie as a monastery, and Lázně as a church.

Landscape and trails

The mountain Čáp is located in the surroundings of Stolín. The wider regional area also includes the mountains Lelkowa Góra, Krucza Kopa, and Czarna Kopa.

A blue-marked hiking trail runs from Červená Hora via Mstětín and Stolín to U Dupačky and is 14.5 km long in total.

There are numerous small waterfalls and rapids on the Stolínský potok. The Stolínský potok flows into the Úpa near the former manorial forester’s lodge. A former manorial forester’s lodge dating from 1876 is located near the Boušín footbridge over the Úpa.
