Prostřední Lánov: Hotels and Accommodation

The war memorial on the square by the post office and municipal office in Prostřední Lánov was erected in 1927 in memory of those who fell.

The Spalona Strażnica ruins are located near Prostřední Lánov. The Lázně Church is in the immediate vicinity, while Chojnik Castle is located farther away in the surrounding region.

Tetřeví vrch mountain is located near Prostřední Lánov. The mountains Přední Žalý, Černá hora, and Zadní Žalý are located in the surrounding area.

Information and Flights

The Lánov Information Centre in Prostřední Lánov provides tourist information about the region and information about bus and train connections as well as cycle paths.

Vrchlabí Airport has the legal status of a public domestic airport. Public sightseeing flights depart exclusively from there from 15 June to 15 October: on Fridays from 2 p.m. and all day on Saturdays and Sundays; the last take-off is no later than 7 p.m.

Cycling

The project for the Lánov–Čistá v Krkonoších cycle path section connects to the already completed Vrchlabí–Lánov cycle path and is part of the Jizera–Jeseník Cycle Route No. 22. The project for the first section of the Lánov–Čistá v Krkonoších cycle path concerns the cadastral area of Prostřední Lánov. The planned construction of the new cycle path is intended to improve traffic safety for cyclists and, where applicable, pedestrians as well.
