Farmstead No. 12 is a cultural monument and an example of 19th-century folk architecture. It is a single-story, masonry residential building with a Baroque-style gable and an adjoining agricultural building section.
Next to the chapel in Lukoviště stands a monument to the fallen Russian partisan Nikolai Nemešev; it was unveiled in 1971. The Baštářův Cross stands at a crossroads near Lukoviště on the route from Mlázov toward Hradiště.

The source of the Úslava is located in the cadastral area of Lukoviště. Near Lukoviště, it is in the immediate vicinity of a pond.
Trails
Cycle Route 2041 passes through Lukoviště, leaves the settlement on a dirt track toward Čihaň, connects Kolinec, Mlázovy, Lukoviště, and Čihaň, and then continues toward Plánice and Nepomuk.
The hike “To the springs of the Úslava and the summit of Drkolná” begins in Lukoviště and then follows a dirt track north; including a few short detours, it is approximately 6 to 7 kilometers long.
