Village and History

The original village center of Trokavec is an elongated round village lined with former farmsteads. In front of the former school building in Trokavec, which is now the seat of the municipal office, stands a memorial to those who fell in the First World War. East of the village green stands a newly built bell tower, recalling an earlier bell tower that was demolished in the 1950s.
